Deep cleaning has been done (Good).
General sanitation - good;
Ensure, you follow the schedule of Sanitation Plan ( Regular cleaning is mandatory.);
All food is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Grill has been removed from the premise.
Fan hood is clean.

Friendly reminder: A scoop for rice must be stored safely (in ice-bath); and Sanitizer must be in use for prep. area and dinning tables.

Note:Bit more effort to clean floor under the corner storage shelf (near the back door/dish washing area);
