Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection reports# KLAI-CCRS6N, KLAI-CEKQGG and KLAI-CF5S6U
All food in all refrigeration units were protected with either a lid or plastic wrap during the inspection.
Raw eggs stored on the lowest shelf away from cooked, ready-to-eat food and produce in the walk-in cooler. Proper storage hierarchy observed.
Take-out containers stored upside down by the handwash station nearby the dishwashing area.
Tremendous improvement in cleanliness noted.
Light covers available on all the light fixtures.
All freezer units are now equipped with a thermometer.
