-Some foods relocated to the floor around dumpster bin because it is full. Operator did not arrange for garbage disposal until this morning after direction from health officer. Contaminated foods from last inspection not discarded yet.
-Bulk foods are not to be moved, used, or sold until they are discarded with verification of health officer
-3 compartment sink is not set up according to approved plans
-Refrigeration not repaired to maintain 4C or less
