2) Idahoan "au gratin" potato mix - contains cheese/milk and hydrogenated oil (0.4 grams transfat in 1.5 grams total fat = 26.6 %). Some of the transfat is from dairy source however some is from hydrogenated oils and does not meet the restriction of 5% or less. Discarded this product during inspection. |
