Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. A pail with bleach sanitizer was stored inside the hand washing station near the back entrance.
2. Liquid soap was not provided at the bar area hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not obstruct hand washing station. Move the pail to a different location.
2. Staff obtained a new bottle of liquid soap for the hand washing station. Ensure liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water is provided at all hand washing station.

Observation: 1. Raw meat was stored on top of the chest freezer for processing. This is not a food contact surface.
2. A bowl used for scoop was stored inside a container with raw meat.
3. Various cooked food and sauces stored inside the walk-in cooler were not covered.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator was instructed to only process food on food contact surfaces. Do not use the top of the chest freezer as a food contact surface. Clean and sanitize the top of the chest freezer. Corrected.
2. Remove the bowl from the raw meat. Scoops must be stored away from food. Corrected.
3. Cover all the cooked food and sauces with a food grade cover, such as saran wrap. Correct by: today.

- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
