Routine Inspection - Only steam buns offered for sale. - Fridge temperature below 4 degree C - Walk in freezer temperature below -18 degree C - Steamer temperature above 60 degree - Bleach available. Mix 2 ml of bleach per litre to sanitize food contact surfaces Reminder: Reheat the buns to 74 degrees before hot holding at 60 degree C. Use a probe thermometer to check - Foodsafe level 1 trained staff available. Reminder: your Foodsafe level 1 expires next month.
