A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; thermometers present. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets, shelves and/or racks. - Non-foods (toiletries, stationary, pet food, cleaners, etc.) stored separately from food items. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - All in order. NOTE - Walk-in-cooler floor has some spilt milk and broken eggs. Ensure the floor is washed and cleaned every night to remove food debris. - Dust and debris accumulated on the floor, under the shelving units in the back storage room. Ensure the floor under all shelving units is swept on a weekly basis to remove dust and debris.
