Observation: Few rodent droppings observed in dry storage area by staff washroom and considerable number of droppings found underneath a handsink in a customer washroom. Both operator and landlord was aware of the infestation.

Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove the droppings and sanitize the area with 100ppm bleach (4 teaspoons of bleach in 1L of water)
2) Organize the dry storage area for effective cleaning
3) Continue to monitor for pest activities
