Equipment requiring clean in place is sanitize with Quats after hosing down with water, plus the use of soap
Quats sanitizer in sanitizer buckets and sanitizing sink observed, and at least 200ppm Quats is detected
Test strips are present to test sanitizer concentration

*Cold pedal at handwashing station in cold room does not work, but maximum temperature addressed from hot water tap is noted at 46.5oC. While one pedal with warm running water is adequate enough at handwashing station, temperature of water should be lower for comfortable handwashing to occur (minimum water temperature must be at least 38oC).
