All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, traps in place. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
