Observation: Premises maintained in a dirty condition - food splatter and debris noted on almost all equipment, walls, floors and shelves, corners and behind and underneath equipment.
Correction: Deep clean all surfaces.Correct immediately.

Follow-up Inspection
General sanitation has improved. Increase frequency of cleaning to keep premises in a sanitary condition.
**The shelves above the prep cooler area still require cleaning and organizing.
Pest control reports provided - no mention of fly control in reports. Please consult pest control company regarding flies.
Both broken coolers were removed from premises and one new three door cooler were delivered to premises at the time of inspection. Do not use coolers until the temperature is 4 C or less.
FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent: Operator registered for an on-line course at the time of inspection. Ensure ALL operators have taken FOODSAFE Level 1 training (or equivalent) and in the absence of the operator, there is at least one person on-site with training. Complete training by April 21, 2025.
