Observation: There is no hot water at time of inspection. Operator explains that when they were here last it was working.
Correction: Restore hot water to facility immediately. Contact landlord to remediate the problem. It is not possible to maintain a clean and sanitary premises without hot running water.

Observation: Hand wash station lacks the following:
1)Hot running water
2)liquid soap
3)paper towels
Correction: Liquid soap and paper towels were provided. However, there is no hot water at this facility. Hot water must be restored immediately. Facility currently does not cook or process food at this location but adequate hand washing stations must be provided.

Follow-up inspection conducted regarding no hot water supply. Refer to report #ATHI-C8PVFL
- Hot water supply is back on in the facility.
- Handwash station fully stocked with paper towels, liquid soap, and running hot/cold water
- Low temp. dishwasher achieves 50ppm chlorine

It is safe to proceed normal activities in the facility.
