Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 creamers stored at room temperature with ice pack already melted. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): 6 creamers were discarded. Do NOT store creamer at room temperature. Creamers must be stored inside a functional cooler or immersed in ice. Ice pack is not a acceptable solution.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: The store did not have any food surface sanitizer available for use.
Correction: Obtain an approved food surface sanitizer to clean and sanitize equipment such as cappuccino machine. Approved sanitizer include 100 ppm - 200 ppm bleach (1 teaspoon of bleach mixed with 1 liter of water) or 200 ppm quaternary ammonium. Correct by: May 24, 2019.

Follow-up inspection:
- Operator will mix bleach with water to make 100 ppm to 200 ppm sanitizer (5mL of bleach to 1 liter of water).
- Discussed the creamer storage with the operator, he had agreed to stored the creamers inside the cooler at all time.
