A cheque for 2021 permit fee ($150) was collected on-site. Currently, take-out only. Handwashing station was fully equipped with soap and paper towel. QUATs sanitizer was available for food contact surfaces. Coolers were measured at 4 C. *Please ensure QUAT sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm.
