Comments

Follow up inspection:
Dishwasher reached a final rinse temperature of at least 71 degrees C at the plate (highest temperature reached: 74 degrees C).
Operator stated that they conduct between 6-9 loads per evening depending on the demand.
Operator had a plumber assess the hot water tank. Invoice indicated "hot water tank replacement element" and Operator stated that a coil was replaced however with a used coil that they were able to buy from Rona. The receipt indicated "damaged/clearance" coil on it. They stated that they would purchase a new coil today.
Operator has contacted the plumber to conduct a second assessment. Make sure the underlying issue is corrected that is contributing to the lack of hot water at the facility. A larger hot water tank may be required if the current one is inadequate in supplying a sufficient supply of hot water. Make the necessary repairs as advised by the certified/licensed plumber to correct the lack of continuous supply of hot water issue at the facility and contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection.

Public Health Act Closure ORDER is still in effect.
