Routine inspection: no changes to operation, bun and English muffin baking operation.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
All employees are provided with clean aprons/smocks, hair nets and beard nets (if required).
Quats sanitizer solution used for clean in place of all large equipment.
Large 1 compartment sink available for use in the washdown area. Warewasher still to be decommissioned. Currently not in use.
Baking pans are take offsite for cleaning and reglazing.
Pest control services in place. Service now occurs once a week.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
All ingredients stored off the ground on pallets and shelves.
All 3 production lines end with metal detectors.
Walk in freezer at -23 degrees C.
