Dishwasher measured at 75 C at plate. OK. Cooling units all less than 4 C. Freezers below -18 C. Dipper well for ice cream scoops on and functional. handwash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. **Do not use dishcloths for anything other than surface drying or as a surface for equipment air drying - Non-absorbent plastic mesh alternatives better for dishes. having them hang on doors or hooks allows them to be used for drying hands - cross contamination issue. Spray bottle sanitizer way too strong. Quats measured in excess of 500 + ppm. Change label on spray bottle to reflect smaller dosing (i.e. 1/4 capful quats) to achieve 200 ppm residual. Label on concentrate is probably accurate, but not relatable on practical level. Premises pretty clean at time of inspection.
