Routine Inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius. Clean and organize the walk in cooler. All food products must stored of the floor.
- freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available
- bleach is used a sanitizer for manual dishwashing. Note: Mix the bleach and water as per posted ratio.
- food safe level 1 trained staff available
Note: Obtain a probe thermometer to monitor hot dog hot holding temperature. Record temperature on the log.
