All sport caught fish (fresh or frozen) is placed in the walk in freezer then transported to the processing plant in Nanaimo.
Walk in freezer at -23 degrees C.
3 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Retail area clean and organized.
Retail area freezer at -14 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C.
