Comments

-Refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-15C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Foods are cooked and served immediately.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 400ppm. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach add 5mL bleach per litre of water.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Goods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 19, 2026.
