A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw chicken separate from other foods; and food stored 6" off the floor. - No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. Staff clean canopy every week and filters washed every second week. Professional cleaning and service of the exhaust canopy and filters was done this month. Next service due in March 2024, as per service sticker. - No signs of pests. - Valid, FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff present. Certificate expires 2025. - 3-comp sink used for washing and sanitizing. Bleach present for sanitizing. - All in order.
