- prep cool was 6 C inserts ambient temp / 4 C inserts with probe
** Keep prep cooler lid down when the meal rushes have ended to maintain cooler temp of foods in inserts <4 C

- hand sink and staff washroom supplied liquid soap, paper towel hot and cold water
- labelled sanitizer spray bottles 100 ppm chlorine - available at front and back kitchen
- chlorine onsite for sanitizing dishes
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- white paper plates used to serve customers
- pizza boxes stored in sanitary manner
- time tracking in place and system was observed in use during inspection
