Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations - 3 compartment sink available; high temperature dishwasher also available; unable to check temperature during inspection but temperature log was available. Final rinse temperature was >180F consistently - Hydrogen Peroxide and Quats available for food contact surfaces; test strips available for Quats - All walk in coolers were 4C or lower - All walk in freezers were -18C or lower - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground; food items were labeled - Dry storage area was maintained in good condition - No evidence of pest acitivty during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was good
