Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Thumb tacks noticed being used on bulletin boards in dish storage areas.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all thumbtacks from all bulletin boards in the kitchen and food/dish storage areas.

Observation: 1. Habco single door refrigerator in Maple Hill ECU registered 10 degrees C at the time of inspection.
2. 3-door cooler in Rosewood/Marwood ECU registered 6.4 degrees C (frequent opening and closing??).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Alll milk tetrapacks were transferred to the double door cooler during the inspection. Repair or adjust the cooler so that it maintains foods and beverages at 4 degrees or below at all times.

2. Monitor the 3-door cooler in Rosewood/Marwood more frequently and adjust if not maintaining 4 degrees C or below.
A walk-in cooler is to be installed in Rosewood/Marwood kitchen.

LMH Main Kitchen:

* Replace the rusted storage shelves in the small walk-in cooler with NSF certified coated rustproof shelving (September 30, 2017).
* Clean the fan covers in small walk-in coolers to remove dust build up (By September 30, 2017)
* Recommended more frequent cleaning of the main dishwasher to ensure spray jets are working properly to clean the dishes.

All small walk-in coolers < 4 degrees C.
Walk-in freezer < -18 degrees C.
Upright cooler below 4 degrees C.
Sandwich preparation cooler at 4 degrees C.
Dishwasher reached 79 degrees C at plate surface during final rinse.
Under-counter dishwasher: 76.7 degrees C at plate surface.
Quats sanitizer in the third sink and in all spray bottles tested 300 ppm.
