Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # CTIN-ARUUY7 of Oct-05-2017 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Several cold potentially hazardous food identified in the island cooler were measured at 11-12C. Manager onsite was unsure when temperature of cooler started reading over 4C. Correction: Discard cold potentialy hazardous food such as tofu, pasta, hummus, cut fruits/vegetables immediately. Keep receipt of items discarded for review. Cold potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or colder.

Island cooler repaired and is now reading at 2.6C. Service report and receipt for discarded products were provided during time of inspection. Baby food products were within expiry dates. No further concerns.
