2. Handwashing stations at new bar did not have hot water

HANDWASHING STATIONS MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER, LIQUID SOAP, PAPER TOWELS AT ALL TIMES!

2. Double stacking foods may lead to contamination of food products, cease this practice UNLESS a food grade barrier is used between bowls, etc

6) fan covers in walk-in cooler - dust accumulation

Slight mildew build-up on plastic barrier located in ice machine.

Corrective Action(s): The above noted must be thoroughly cleaned, areas sanitized.

* Walk in cooler at 4C - see above noted infraction
- Low temperature dishwasher available, concentration of chlorine residual at final rinse at 50 ppm
- Chlorine solution available in spray bottle, concentration at 100- 200ppm, ensure that bottle sprays easily
- No evidence of rodents detected during time of inspection
- General sanitation of facility - requires improvement
