Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Cooking process observed. Internal temperature of spiced rice measured >74C.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding (steam table and display hot holding unit) measured >60C.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per test strip.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
2 compartment sink in use for manual washing. No dine in service, take out only. Current operation of the facility only requires limited number of cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces. A copy of 2 comp sink instruction provided.
