- All coolers temperature at 4 deg C or less
- freezers at -18 deg C or less
- Hot holding units (soups) at 60 deg C or greater
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature measured achieved 71.2 deg C
- Ice bucket used for utensils
- Temperature log is well maintained.
- QUATs sanitizer in rag buckets at 200 ppm.
- General sanitation is satisfactory, no signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
