Follow up to report MBEK-CWYTNU. Probe thermometers available on site. All hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. It was stated that end of day procedures for donair have been modified per the Guideline for the Safe Preparation and Serving of Donairs, Shawarmas and Similar Products, BCCDC. A copy of this guideline was provided at the time of inspection. Food safety and sanitation plan available on site. Ensure food safety and sanitation plan is followed. Sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles (front and back areas) at 200 ppm chlorine bleach. Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned and sanitized (dry storage). Refer to previous routine health inspection report for outstanding violations.
