Observation: Continued rodent activity in the food premises:
-2 dead mice visible inside the rodent trap on the South wall
-Mouse droppings observed in the pantry and along kitchen perimeters
Corrective Action(s): Implement enhanced pest control measures to mitigate/eliminate pest activity in the food premises by:
1) Increasing frequency of visits from the pest control technician
2) Increasing the number of rodent traps in the food premises
3) Replace plastic shelving units in the pantry with metal wire shelving to provide easier access for cleaning and discourage pest activity
4) Follow any additional recommendations from the pest control technician towards mitigating/eliminating pest activity in the food premises

1) Floors, shelves and food containers in the pantry/dry storage room
2) Floor underneath metal wire shelves (near dishwashing machine)

Corrective Action(s): *Disinfect areas of rodent activity using a bleach/water solution
*Remove rodent droppings from affected areas using appropriate PPE (ie. masks, gloves, etc)
*Monitor areas for signs of new/continued activity
