Follow up inspection conducted to verify corrective actions have been completed.

- Ceiling and exhaust fans have been cleaned to remove dust accumulation. Ensure this is completed as part of your regular cleaning schedule
- Floor under combi ovens has been cleaned to remove food debris.
- Dry storage area has been re-organized with additional shelves added to ensure adequate space for storage of food products. All food products were noted to be stored on shelving.
- Dishwasher was turned on/in use at time of inspection. Final rinse was 73C at dish surface.
- In use wiping cloth kept in Quats sanitizer solution. Ensure solution is changed regularly and if it becomes dirty/cloudy to ensure concentration of 200ppm is maintained. Obtain test strips so that concentration can be checked.
- Staff on duty at time of inspection has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate. Certificate present on-site. Staff on duty reported there are currently 3 staff members who have valid Foodsafe level 1 certificates and 2 new staff who will be completing the course next week.

Pending violation:
- Code 501 - Operator to complete Foodsafe level 1 (or equivalent) and submit confirmation of completion to EHO by 31-Aug-2022.
