Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed operator washed spatula used to dispense baklava in water and soap, then dry the spatula. No sanitizer step.
Corrective Action(s): Directed operator to soak the spatula in 100ppm bleach sanitizer for 2 minutes before air dry. FHA manual warewashing sign in Farsi provided to operator.

Containers of roasted chickpeas removed.
Food around the cashier is the owner's personal snacks.
Operator understands not to repackage food and will be selling prepackaged food only.
Reminded owner to keep all invoice even if they change supplier.
Food was stored off the ground in the back room. Prepackaged food products were informed to be samples to other stores as owner is planning to resell products via other outlets.
No milk or creamer is stored in the red bull cooler. Coffee is not often made in the food store.
Ants has tremendously reduced since last inspection, cleaning behind slurpee machine is completed.
Front door was closed at time of inspection.
Garbage receptacle added to two compartment sinks.

***Discussed Health requirements with operator in regards to hot dog program. She understands that Health Approval is required before making structural or operational change. Please advise if you plan to make these changes in the future. For now, the food store will remain as selling prepackaged food and whole fruits/vegetables.
