Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water not available at the handwashing station available at the bakery corner. Staff are currently using the handwashing station available by the back prep area. Technician contacted.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing stations are properly equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water, except mentioned above.
NOTE: Ensure staff working at the front bar are using the handwashing station available at the bar.
- Coolers operating at/under 4'C; freezers operating at/under -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers in place.
NOTE: Ensure top lids are kept closed after lunch/dinner rush as discussed at this time.
- Individual coffee creamers are placed in ice bath <4'C.
NOTE: Ensure to keep less number of creamers in ice bath and replenish ice more often.
- General food storage practice satisfactory. Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- 200ppm QUATS available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted. Invoices available on site.
NOTE: Ensure to keep reports on site in future.
- General sanitation satisfactory, except mentioned above.
- Washrooms satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
