Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CZRQTK Operator provided receipt for mailing out permit replacement form. Please post the permit paper along with the decal sticker in a conspicuous location when received. This to be reviewed during the next routine inspection. Did not observe improper dispensers used for bulk food containers. Proper containers, with handles, are now noted available and stored in a sanitary manner on top of the containers. The sanitation of the facility has improved. All areas previously cited for cleanliness issue has been addressed by the operator. No further follow-up required at this time.
