Observation: Glasswasher was dispensing 0 ppm at the time of inspection. Operator noticed that a tube that supplies chlorine bleach to glasswasher was disconnected. Operator started repairing glasswasher.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the glasswasher immediately to ensure glasses are sanitized. Do not use glasswasher until it is repaired to dispense 50 to 100 ppm chlorine. In the meantime, use single use utensils and cups to serve customers.
