Follow up inspection:
-Food was being stored inside refrigeration unit or was being cooked on the cooking equipment at the time of inspection.
-Bean sprouts were observed on a higher shelving unit than raw meat inside the walk-in-cooler.
-Eggs were stored in a refrigeration unit.
-Knives and their storage container were in a clean condition.
-Slicer was recently used according to the Operator's Mom. Make sure the slicer is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours between use, after final use, and after any time that contamination is possible.
