Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a fly feeding on nuts in an open bag of nuts. Operator was directed to discard the top layer of nuts.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a vegetable dicer stored away with dried food debris. Operator removed the dicer from the storage area to be re-washed and sanitized.

Observation: Observed empty yougurt containers being used as a food storage container and food scoops for dry goods.
Corrective Action(s): Replace youguty containers with food grade equipment. Yogurt containers are not meant to be washed and sanitized over and over again. Correct this by: July 15 2021

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Coolers measured at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer measured at or below -18 degrees C.
No hot holding at this time - hot holding unit was on and measured at or above 60 degrees C.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 73.5 degrees C.
General food storage is adequate - discussed covering foods after cooled down.
Pest control in place. Observed one fly - overall satisfactory in regards to pest activity.
Washrooms in sanitary condition.
Kitchen ventilation hood is in sanitary condition - next cleaning due 2021/10/27
Bleach sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strip.

Note: Observed Potentially Hazardous Foods (pickled carrots, yogurt, sliced onions, etc.) in temperature danger zone (4C - 60C). Operator cited that aforementioned items are not kept more than 1 hour. Operator is to time track these foods, and discard any leftovers after 2 hours.
