**Please don't put equipment in hand sinks

Equipment sanitation good with exception of meat tenderizer
**This tool is extremely difficult to clean. Please purchase a small diameter (max 1cm) metal brush with spares to assist in cleaning this tool
Other machines are used for no more than 4 hours throughout the day, and are disassembled, washed, rinsed, and sanitized
Quat dispenser operating properly, however chemical bottle ran dry during inspection
**Replace immediately
General sanitation of meat room good, however some areas have been missed such as frequently touched areas of doors and sink handles
