Inspection was carried out at the warehouse for distribution only. A processing room that is being set up will be inspected by MAFF. The warehouse supplies products to sushi restaurants. Seafood suppliers provide letter of guarantee to demonstrate that sushi fish have undergone parasite destruction process (frozen at -35C/-31F or below). The letters are updated annually.
