All outstanding items from last routine inspection have been addressed. Critical item - liquid soap has been addressed immediately the day after the inspection but a physical visit to check was not possible. Thank you for your effort and cooperation. Hand delivered decal for health permit fee. Billing address to be changed. COVID-19 Assessment completed at time of inspection.
