Proposed fresh produce packaging reviewed and health approval provided to proceed. Food safety plan and sanitation plan reviewed. No objections to this new service.

- Separate processing area is dedicated to process fresh produce.
- Hand washing sink and 2-comp prep sink available. Hand washing station fully supplied.
- Sanitizer QUAT 200- 400 ppm available in spray bottles.
- Food grade packaging stocked and available.
- Separation between meat processing and fresh produce processing is to be maintained. Separation for knives/cutting boards etc is to be maintained. Ensure no cross use of implements between raw and ready to eat products
- Carts available to transport fresh cuts and packaged foods. Carts are to be sanitized frequently and between different services.
- Fresh produce fridge noted separate from meat and poultry packages.

Facility Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- QUAT sanitizer 200-400 ppm available in spray bottles. These bottles labeled properly. QUAT test strip is to be provided to measure right concentration of sanitizer in bottles.
- All coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. All freezers measured at or below -18 degree C. Temperature monitoring log maintained updated.
- Dry storage noted clean and maintained.
- Good FIFO noted. No Baby formula with expiry date noted at this date.
