Quats sanitizer (in spray bottle/ 3-comp sink) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in coolers and prep coolers registered at -1 to 3 deg C.
Walk-in freezer registered at -22 deg C.
Display coolers were betwee 2-5 deg C.
No hot-holding at time of inspection. No hot foods prepared (early morning).
Temperature log was well-maintained.
Staff hygiene was good - clean uniforms and hair restraint.
Floor, walls, counter tops and equipment were free of debris.
General sanitation was good at time of inspection.
