Follow-up visit for the dishwasher. Dishwasher has been serviced. Invoice and work order form provided at time of inspection. Dishwasher now in good working order. Chlorine residual was at 100 ppm (on plate surface) and test strip was available. Check dishwasher at least once a week and include in the food safety log with temperatures. Do the same with the quats sanitizer. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
