Observation: Temperature of the fridge ranged from 4C from the back to 7C at the front.
Corrective Action(s): Lower the temperature of the fridge so that the food near the front are also cold (4C or less). When checking the temperature of the fridge, do not rely on the thermometer attached to the top rear part of the unit. The temperature there is not representative. Obtain another thermometer and place it near the front.
