Routine: -Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel -Walk-in cooler: 3 C -Walk-in freezer: -16 C -Sandwich display cooler: 4 C -M3 cooler: 4 C -Freezers were functioning and maintaining product in a frozen state. -Hot holding temperatures were adequate (>60C) -Taquitos 67-71 C -Hot Dogs 65 C- 72 C -Coffee creamers on ice -Temperatures of hot held product are being checked and recorded every 4 hours. -No signs of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract is in place and on-site monthly -Quats sanitizer (200ppm) available for sanitizing dishes -General sanitation satisfactory
