Portioned food items are covered, labeled, and dated.
Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place at hand washing stations (unobstructed). Proper hand washing practices observed at time of inspection.
Three compartment sink available for manual ware washing is supplied with hot and cold running water and equipped with built in drain stoppers.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available in designated containers and from dispenser at 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer.
Equipment and utensils maintained in clean condition.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 53 degrees C and 100 ppm chlorine (hypochlorite) in the rinse residual at the utensil surface.
Premises maintained in overall sanitary condition. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Temperature and sanitation logs maintained.
