Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on May 2, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BBST9F). The following observations were made: Hot-holder has been serviced and maintains an ambient temperature of >=140F (60C) All food products inside (salt and pepper chicken wings, buffalo wings, potato wedges) were at or above 140F (60C) - excellent No food products were being double-stacked on the hot plates at time of inspection Thank you for your co-operation.
