Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: All cooler units were at 4C or below. Hot holding display case was above 60C. Walk-in freezer at -18C. Liquid pasteurized egg product used for bake goods. General sanitation satisfactory. Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. No pest activity noted. Facility has an on-going weekly or bi-weekly contract with a pest control company. Hand washing stations satisfactory. Quats dispenser at 200ppm. Ware washing sinks and prep-sinks were satisfactory.
