Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was asked to be produced at time of visit (beginning of cleaning hours). 0ppm is detected on test strips.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure concentration is at least 200ppm. Staff has added more Quats in spray bottle and at least 200ppm is detected.
