Premise is very clean and well organized. Both tattoo artist and piercing artists were observed at work on clients. All implements requiring sterilization are received pre-sterilized, pre-packaged. Inks are approved and pre-sterilized. Good sterile field preparation observed. Good use of gloves and hand washing observed. Good skin prep and client aftercare instructions provided. No infractions observed.
